- All reservations are due Hawaiian Hotel Taxes @17.42% Payable to owner at time of reservation. All reservations must make a fully refundable damage deposit of $750 payable to the owner upon making a reservation. All reservations are due a MEK one time registration fee of $60 payable to the MEK front desk upon check-in. All reservations are due MEK resort fees of $18 per night payable to MEK front desk upon check-in. There is on free parking spot included in the resort fee that is in a covered parking garage a short walk from the unit. Parking for additional cars is $10 Per Night for each car payable to MEK front desk upon check-in. Use of the Gym is included in your resort fee. All Reservations require a signed rental agreement to be sent to owner within 3 business days from making reservation and also need to fill out the list of occupants that will be staying at the Unit this needs to be emailed faxed or sent US Mail within 3 business days of making reservation.
